Project Description
The Daley Library (Bldg 609) at University of Illinois Chicago was originally constructed in 1963 and 1966. The scope of this project is to replace the existing roofing and insulation in its entirety. New roof parapets and flashing and roof hatch are also included in this scope. The scope includes new fall protection devices and an alternate bid for lightening protection.

A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will be held on 01/22/21 at 11:00 AM prevailing time through Zoom#312-626-6799, enter meeting id# 868 9315 7828 and Passcode# 56097437. The Bid walk thru will be set up for same day January 22nd at 2 PM. Representatives of the Owner and the Professional Services Consultant will be present to answer questions regarding the project and bidding procedures. All prospective bidders are REQUIRED to attend.
