Project Description
Renovate Suite 3500 in Building 619 (Science and Engineering South) to create a new Math and Science Learning Center. Renovation is to include, but is not limited to: repair of the adjacent 3rd floor walkway; repair of clerestory windows over the suite; masonry repairs inside the suite; restroom renovation; renovation of offices and conference rooms adjacent to the suite; and all necessary work for a fully functional Learning Center as described in the Construction Documents.

A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will be held in 1140 S. Paulina Street, 2nd Floor, Room 243 on 10/12/17 at 1:00PM prevailing time. All prospective bidders are REQUIRED to attend.

This Project is located at: Building 619, Science and Engineering South (SES), 845 W. Taylor Street, Suite 3500.
