Project Description
Construction of a state of the art computer based classroom and conference space in existing space in Building #641, Art & Exhibition Hall; 400 S. Peoria St.; Chicago IL. Gut existing space. Subdivide into two classrooms and a conference room. Install new raised floor. Install infrastructure for one power and one data connection for each seat in the classrooms. Provide infrastructure for video conferencing and interactive digital communication in the conference space. Install new lighting, new HVAC, new ceiling and new finishes throughout the spaces. Install advanced AV system throughout the spaces.
