Project Description
Renovation of the existing passenger elevator at the College of Urban Planning & Public Affairs Hall (CUPPAH) located at 412 S. Peoria, Chicago, IL. Renovations include installation of code compliant passenger controls and repairs to finish materials all within the elevator cab; replacement of elevator controls and installation of code compliant power source, replacement of elevator mechanical components, (alternate scope) replacement of elevator machine all within the elevator penthouse; installation of sump pump and miscellaneous electrical repairs all within the elevator pit, repairs to the existing building ground in the basement of the adjacent building.
