Project Description
The original showers at the Student Residence and Commons (SRC) at Halsted and Harrison Streets are failing and leaking on occupants one floor below. The original construction is ceramic tile and grout. Installation of pre-fabricated plastic basins and wall panels over the existing materials is to be performed by a specialty contractor. This project will focus on forty-one shower units on the first floor and twenty-six units on the second floor.
