Project Description
The geothermal well field at Rockford College of Medicine is in need of replacement. The field needs to be re-drilled utilizing traditional dual-pipe heat exchangers with a proven long-term performance. Scope of work includes but is not limited to: re-drilling entire well field, providing new geothermal heat exchange piping, valves, equipment and accessories required to create a fully functional geothermal well system to meet the University's needs.

A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will be held in location 1601 Parkview Ave., Rockford, IL - Room A115 on 06/07/19 at 10:00 AM prevailing time. Representatives of the Owner and the Professional Services Consultant will be present to answer questions regarding the project and bidding procedures. All prospective bidders are REQUIRED to attend.
