Project Description
Repair of existing masonry walls at College of Medicine West Tower located 1853 W. Polk in Chicago as follows: Stabilization of shifting masonry; new tie bolts, helical anchors, shelf angles and lintels. Replace existing damaged or deteriorated masonry units. Rebuild sections of existing walls. Grind and repoint mortar joints. Repair or replace damaged/deteriorated stone trim. New sheet metal flashings. All as indicated in the drawings and specifications.
