Project Description
Gut demolition of the 5th floor of building #908. Demolition of specific elements in the attic space of building #908 per drawings. Removal of existing piping in the ceiling of the 4th floor of building #908 which serve the 5th floor. Asbestos abatement as required to facilitate demolition.

A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will be held in the College of Medicine West Tower located at 1853 W. Polk; Chicago, IL; 2nd Floor Room 226 on 01/22/19 at 1:00 PM prevailing time. Representatives of the Owner and the Professional Services Consultant will be present to answer questions regarding the project and bidding procedures. All prospective bidders are REQUIRED to attend.
