The existing auditorium located on the 5th floor of CMET was built in 1936 and has not been used for the last 30 years.
The scope of work includes
Demolish existing auditorium tear seating and associated structural elements.
Provide new 5th floor infill slab
This Project is located at CMET, 808 S Wood Street, Chicago, 4th and 5th floors of building 910.
A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will be held on 11/20/20 at 1100 AM through Zoom call in #312-626-6799 enter Meeting ID 884 4073 4412 and Passcode - 42693347. Site visit will be on 11/30 between 9am and noon, Project Manager will send out email invites with the time assigned. Representatives of the Owner and the Professional Services Consultant will be present to answer questions regarding the project and bidding procedures. All prospective bidders are REQUIRED to attend.
