Project Description
This project consists of the selective demolition of interior building components as identified in the bid documents. Asbestos abatement to be included in the scope of work. This Project is located at: Clinical Sciences North 820 South Wood Street Chicago, IL 60612 Fourth FLoor Rooms 400 through 430 A MANDATORYprebid conference for all parties interested in bidding the project will be held in 1853 W. Polk 5th floor Room 527 at 10:00 AM on 1/25/22. Must enter through Medical Sciences Building 828 S. Wolcott and pass through health screening. ALL ATTENDEES MUST BE MASKED. Escorted walk-through tours of work site will be conducted immediately after the pre-bid meeting is concluded. Tours may also be scheduled at a later time during the bid period. MAXIMUM 10 PERSONS/TOUR IT IS MANDATORY THAT A REPRESENTATIVE OF EACH BIDDING FIRM PARTICIPATE IN AN ESCORTED TOUR BEFORE BID DATE. If needed, tour reservations can be made through UIC Project Manager John O. Lewis jolewis@uic.edu after pre-bid meeting schedule. at 10:00 AM on 01/25/22.
