Addendum 3 supplements and amends the project manual and the drawings and shall be taken into account in preparing this proposal and shall become a part of the contract documents. Bidders must acknowledge receipt of this addendum by listing the number and date, where provided, on the bid form (document provided by the contractor.) This Addendum updates drawings, only and does not alter the previously published bid date(s).

Project Description
Installation of twenty-four (24) private offices, shell space to accommodate twelve (12) open workstations, one (1) large conference room and two (2) single use toilets in existing space.
This Project is located at: Clinical Sciences North Building 820 S. Wood St. 4th floor East wing.
A MANDATORY pre-bid conference for all parties interested in bidding the project will be held in College of Medicine Research Building 909 S. Wolcott Room 1020 Enter at Medical Sciences Building 835 S. Wolcott at 11:30am on 4/5/2023. Representatives of the Owner and the Professional Services Consultant will be present to answer questions regarding the project and bidding procedures. All prospective bidders are REQUIRED to attend.
