Design temporary power to accommodate the full building electrical shutdown that is required to accomplish the replacement of the primary building switchgear. The temporary power will be used to keep the multiple freezers and refrigerators in the building operating during the main 12 hour shut down and also during the multiple small area shutdowns that are required for full switchgear removal and upgrades.
