Invitation for Construction Bid: Paulina Street Parking Structural Repairs
Due to all bids being over budget, there will not be an award at this time. The project manager is working with the users and they anticipate on doing a rebid on a future undetermined date.

Complete removal and replacement of delaminated microsilica concrete overlay at Level 2 and 3;
partial area removal and patching of existing delaminated microsilica concrete overlay at Level 6;
structural concrete repair to mitigate high chloride concentration levels in original concrete substrate; Grouting of a beam tendon stressing pocket at Level 4; concrete column repairs; replacement of expansion joint cover at Levels 2, 3 & 6; installation of traffic bearing elastomeric waterproofing membrane at Level 6; videotaping and televised inspection of existing sewer lines; painted markings and traffic re-striping applied to concrete slab a Levels 2, 3 & 6; patch repair of spalled slabs, beams, girders and bumper walls and other miscellaneous work shown on the drawings.
