Project Description
Construct a new medical office building. A new 120,000 gsf facility will house the Mile Square Health Center (MSHC) and will be located at 1220 South Wood Street, Chicago, Illinois. The first two floors will provide both Convenient/Urgent Care and Primary Care medical services. A portion of the 3rd floor will house a dentistry practice. The balance of the 3rd floor and floors 4 and 5 will be shelled for future tenant build-out. The overall building will be five-stories, plus a penthouse; no basement; on-site permeable paver parking lot. The project is designed to achieve a minimum LEED Silver Certification by the USGBC.
