Project Description
The Vice Chancellor for Health Affairs has allocated space for the Institute of Healthcare Delivery Design on the third floor of Mile Square Health Center. The initial phase of build-out occurred last year and second phase is to finish the rest of the space.
This Project is located at: 1220 South Wood Street, Chicago, IL 60608 - Mile Square Health Center (Building 929).

A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will be held in location PSB Bldg. 963 - 1140 S. Paulina St, Chicago, IL, 60612 - Room 243 on 09/13/19 at 11:00 AM prevailing time. Representatives of the Owner and the Professional Services Consultant will be present to answer questions regarding the project and bidding procedures.All prospective bidders are REQUIRED to attend.
