Project Description
Remodeling of the existing first floor lobby of the Outpatient Care Center to replace and reconfigure the reception desk and to construct ?"warm white shell"? tenant space for an outside food service operator. Work includes replacing flooring throughout the lobby and the construction of a new entry vestibule. This Project is located at: First floor lobby of the Outpatient Care Center located at 1801 West Taylor Street, Chicago, IL.
