Project Description
Update existing MEP infrastructure in order to support future renovations within the Imaging suite. The project includes the following:

Replace the existing equipment with new IR equipment in rooms 2464 & 2465

Replace the existing equipment with new CATH lab equipment in room 2013

Upgrade Control room 2477

Upgrade Holding room 2463

Upgrade Reading room 2470

Upgrade Staff Work room 2479

Upgrade Clean Supply room 2463

Upgrade Supply Room 2476

Create new imaging equipment rooms within the control room for GE equipment supporting the IR equipment.

Work includes new walls, interior glazing, doors, hardware, architectural finishes, casework, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, building automation, fire protection infrastructure.

The project will be located on the 2nd floor of the 949 University of Illinois Hospital, located at 1740 W Taylor Street, Chicago.

A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will be held in PSB Bldg 963 located at 1140 S. Paulina St. Room 243, Chicago, on 01/23/19 at 1 PM prevailing time.
