Project Description
This procurement is a rebid for Division 05 only. Scope listed below also includes description that were previously bid for Division 01.
New glass and metal panel Vestibule addition with private screening room for the Emergency Department at UI Health Hospital. New addition is located under an existing utility bridge with independent structural and includes modifications to existing curbs. New vestibule enclosure is approx. 650 SF. Additional scope includes modifications at connection to existing Vestibule, Exterior ceiling system at new vestibule, illuminated signage, exterior metal panel cladding at Ambulance Bay and Alternate metal panel cladding and signage of existing utility bridge.
This Project is located at: 1740 W Taylor St, Chicago, IL 60612. The project site is located at the southeast corner of the hospital, as an extension of the existing Emergency Department Entrance.
