Project Description


Elevator Work: Upgrade passenger elevators and all associated equipment as indicated in the bid documents.
Fire Alarm Work: Replace the fire alarm system and all associated equipment as indicated in the bid documents.

This Project is located at: 1601 W. Taylor Street, Building 975, Chicago.

A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will be held on 01/25/21 at 10:00 AM prevailing time through #312- 626-6799, enter Zoom meeting ID# 867 1795 0573 and Passcode# 05610229 . Representatives of the Owner and the Professional Services Consultant will be present to answer questions regarding the project and bidding procedures. All prospective bidders are REQUIRED to attend.
