Project Description
This project is to perform an emergency repair on a leaking section of the PAC low roof. Following the repair, the intent is to tear off and remove the existing roof layers to deck, install new vapor barrier layer, install and shape new insulation board and apply new EPDM roofing material and new drain coverings. Skylight coverings to be replaced with OSHA approved translucent material.

This Project is located at: Public Affairs Center (PAC), 2200 Ernest Hemingway Drive, Springfield, Illinois 62703.
