Project Description
This project consists of the complete removal of an existing ballasted EPDM roof system and replacement with a new, fully-adhered PVC roof system (and tapered insulation) including roof drains, skylight replacements, miscellaneous sheet metal, select HVAC demolition, select ACM/LBP stabilization and/or removal, in addition to select interior painting.
