If a contractor attended the first mandatory pre-bid meeting, they are not required to attend this pre-bid meeting to be eligible to bid the project. Location: Student Dining and Residential Programs Building, 2009 Hopkins Seminar Room, 301 E. Gregory Drive, Champaign, Illinois.

Project Description
Residence Hall No. 3 is the next phase of a multi-phase project to replace the existing housing within Ikenberry Commons. The four-story building with partial basement is approximately 155,000 square feet. This first phase includes site utilities, stormwater detention system, and artificial turf fields. The project has a goal of LEED Gold Certification.
