Project Description
The work consists of demolition of the existing membrane roofing, removal of corroded metal roof deck, replacement with new metal roof deck and new roof membrane assembly. Construction of new interior insulated walls, finished acoustical spray on ceiling, new carpeting, wall base and painted walls and painted structural steel. Masonry restoration, replacement and pointing. New HVAC system and electrical panel and distribution for power and data.
