Project Description
This procurement U16113BP2R1 is for Division 05 only and is a Rebid for Division 05 procurement U16113BP2. Restoration of Parking Structure C7 and C10 by: Overhaul of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and components (C10), new electrical and IT room (C7 and C10), new mechanical room (C10), addition of EV charging stations (C7 and C10), trenching new electrical conduit lines, construction of a new 6-story cast-in-place concrete with brick veneer elevator tower with hydraulic elevator, creation of new pedestrian entrance/exit at south elevation of C10 structure, abandonment of existing slab PT tendon reinforcement and installation of supplemental steel beams (C10 only), strengthening of existing CMU backup walls with steel angles, miscellaneous concrete repairs, recoating existing traffic bearing waterproofing membrane at repairs, traffic markings and stall re-striping.
This Project is located at: Parking Structure C7 and C10 as bounded by South 6th Street, East Daniel Street, South 5th Street, and East John Street.
