Project Description
The project will modernize the existing single elevator. Work is to include replacing existing traction elevator equipment with new permanent magnetic geared equipment, new cab, new doors and hall fixtures, MEP upgrades, hazardous materials abatement, and code compliance updates. This Project is located at: 1304 West Green Street, Urbana, Illinois 61801
