Project Description
This project, Bid Package #1 (BP1) for the renovation of Townsend and Wardall Halls in the Illinois Street Residences complex includes the demo of the existing communal bathrooms including all MEP/FP systems and abatement of Hazardous Materials within the overall renovation scope in preparation of new work to occur in Bid Package #2 (BP2). The project also contains exterior envelope work that includes removal of existing windows and precast panels and installation of new windows, panel system, and associated flashing, coping, sealants, etc.

A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will be held in the Modular Building, Illinois Street Residences, 1012 W. Illinois Street, Urbana, IL 61801 on 01/24/19 at 9:00 AM prevailing time.
