Project Description
This project, Bid Package #2 (BP2) for the renovation of Townsend and Wardall Halls in the Illinois Street Residences complex includes the continuation of work started in Bid Package #1. The renovation work includes renovation of the existing communal bathrooms, electrical systems, heating and cooling systems, and other related building elements and systems. The project also includes the replacement of windows and other facade elements.

A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will be held in Illinois Street Residences, Modular Building, 1012 W. Illinois Street, Urbana, IL. 61801 on 05/09/19 at 9:00 AM prevailing time. Representatives of the Owner and the Professional Services Consultant will be present to answer questions regarding the project and bidding procedures. All prospective bidders are REQUIRED to attend.
