Project Description
The general scope of this project is to replace the fan coil units (FCUs) serving the McKinley Health Center building. This project will provide new fan coil units throughout the facility (Buildings A and B) replacing the units remaining from the 1986 fan coil project. The scope of work will include demolition of existing units, installation of new units, rework of the existing piping as needed, insulation, electrical, environmental and incidental general work. This work will be phased as required for the building to stay occupied throughout construction.
