Project Description
The project work shall include the renovation of approximately 1,400sf of existing classroom space on the lower level of Gregory Hall into an iFlex classroom and a media communications lab/video recording studio. Spaces are to have hazardous materials abated and existing floor slabs mitigated for moisture. The scope will include at minimum, renovation of existing interior spaces including walls, doors, finishes and all associated Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical and AV work. The existing building MEP systems will be reconfigured to serve the remodeled areas in addition to receiving new fixtures and finishes throughout.
