Project Description
Remove existing roofing systems and install new fully adhered Polyvinyl-Chloride (PVC) roofing system on new insulation at designated roof areas. Extending the height of existing masonry parapets, modification to existing lightning protection systems,replacement of existing exhaust fans, replacement of existing sheet metal flashings and copings.

This Project is located at: Computing Applications Building - 605 E. Springfield Ave., Champaign, IL 61820, Micro and Nanotechnology Laboratory - 208 N. Wright St., Urbana, IL 61801, Nuclear Physics Laboratory - 23 Stadium Dr., Champaign, IL 61820, Superconductivity Center 100 S. Goodwin Ave, Urbana, IL 61801

A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will be held through via Zoom meeting on 09/02/20 at 1:00 PM Meeting ID of 944 7414 3232 or by phone at 1.312.626.6799 x 944 7414 3232, Password 530094#. Representatives of the Owner and the Professional Services Consultant will be present to answer questions regarding the project and bidding procedures. All prospective bidders are REQUIRED to attend.
