Project Description
Replace double hung wood windows with aluminum fixed offset windows. Provide new aluminum trim pieces on the interior and exterior of the windows to cover any remaining parts of the original widow construction left in place. Paint lintels at these floors. Remove and reinstall all window treatments such as shades, blinds and blind tracks. Remove and return to owner all existing air conditioning units. Where windows are replaced, repair any damage caused to masonry, wood trim and plaster. Repaint painted surfaces adjacent windows where indicated and wherever soiling occurs.

Representatives of the Owner and the Professional Services Consultant will be present to answer questions regarding the project and bidding procedures. All prospective bidders are REQUIRED to attend.
