Invitation for Construction Bid: KCPA - Colwell Playhouse Stage Floor Replacement
Addendum 01 supplements and amends the project manual and the drawings and shall be taken into account in preparing this proposal and shall become a part of the contract documents. Bidders must acknowledge receipt of this addendum by listing the number and date, where provided, on the bid form (document provided by the contractor.) This Addendum provides an RFI response and updates specification information only and does not alter the previously published bid date(s).

Project Description
The project consists of the removal and replacement of the Colwell Playhouse stage floor assembly including trap floor lids and abatement (removal of vermiculite). New metal covers for existing electrical floor boxes, new power drops and portable cabling, seat wagon repairs, and new safety edge lighting.
This Project is located at: Krannert Center for the Performing Arts, 500 S. Goodwin Avenue, Urbana IL., The Colwell Playhouse stage.
A virtual pre-bid conference for all parties interested in bidding the project will be held at 10:00 AM on 2/2/2023 through Zoom 312 626 6799, Meeting ID is 826 9075 9455, Password is 1867. There will also be a site walk-through at 1 :30 PM starting in the main lobby of Krannert Center for the Performing Arts (Building #52), 500 S. Goodwin Avenue, Urbana, IL. Representatives of the Owner and the Professional Services Consultant will be present to answer questions regarding the project and bidding procedures. All prospective bidders are urged to attend.
