Project Description
The U19098R2 Orchard Downs Community Building Renovation and Expansion project work shall include demolition, abatement, and new construction work to provide an addition and renovation of the Orchard Downs Community Building, including additional multipurpose space, accessible restrooms and a storm refuge area within the addition. The scope of work shall include at minimum, but not necessarily be limited to: selective demolition of exterior and interior walls, finishes, doors, windows, fixtures, etc. hazardous materials abatement new work including concrete foundations, brick veneer exterior walls, CMU wall construction for a storm refuge area, structural steel, cold formed metal framing, thermal insulation, PVC low slope roofing, metal scuppers and downspouts, hollow metal doors with metal frames and hardware, thermally broken aluminum storefront windows, interior finishes including but not limited to gypsum board walls and soffits, VCT flooring, wall base, SAT ceilings, and painting, restroom accessories and Fire protection, Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical work associated with the addition and renovation.
