Project Description
The project will consist of the demolition of the existing incinerator within Room 1807 within the Basic Services Building, and the installation of a new large animal incinerator adjacent to the northwest dock face within its own purpose built enclosure. General Contractor will off-load and install incinerator and all related flue stacks, and other related equipment furnished by the Owner, and temporarily store onsite until General Contractor can install incinerator, flue stacks and related equipment in accordance with Section 11 of the Specifications, and other related information within the structural, and MEP specifications. Incinerator manufacturer representatives will be on -site to provide guidance for the off loading and installation.

A pre-bid meeting will be held through via Zoom Meeting ID of 891 1512 1901 and password of 1867, or by phone at 1-312-626-6799 with password of 1867. On-site visit from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM for onsite walk around of the project site is highly encouraged on 08/10/21 at 10:00 AM prevailing time. Representatives of the Owner and the Professional Services Consultant will be present to answer questions regarding the project and bidding procedures. All prospective bidders are urged to attend.
