Addendum No.2 supplements and amends the project manual and the drawings and shall be taken into account in preparing this proposal and shall become a part of the contract documents. Bidders must acknowledge receipt of this addendum by listing the number and date, where provided, on the bid form (document provided by the contractor.) This addendum updates the previously published bid submission date from 3/2/2023, 2:30 PM to 3/9/2023, 2:00 PM. and the Bid Opening date from 3/2/2023, 2:30 PM to 3/9/2023, 2:30 PM. Please note that Addendum No.2 incorrectly states a bid submission time of 2:00 PM which was amended to 2:30 PM per Addendum No.1.

Project Description
Replacement of deteriorated concrete ceilings and walls of existing steam distribution tunnels. 2. Repair of deteriorated concrete ceilings and walls of existing steam distribution tunnels. 3. Addition of new exhaust fans in existing above-grade ventilation structures. 4. Addition of a new sump pump. 5. Repair of deteriorated steel pipe supports. 6. Related site restoration. 7. Related electrical modifications.

This Project is located at: a. Gregory Drive at Abbot Power Plant Champaign, IL. b. Gregory Drive and First Street Champaign, IL. c. Henry Administration Building Urbana, IL. d. Illinois Street at the Krannert Center for the Performing Arts Urbana, IL.

A virtual pre-bid conference for all parties interested in bidding the project will be held at 10:00 AM on 2/17/2023 through Zoom 1-312-626-6799, Meeting ID: 832 5732 6917, Password: 1867. An on-site walkthrough will be held at 2:00 PM. Representatives of the Owner and the Professional Services Consultant will be present to answer questions regarding the project and bidding procedures. All prospective bidders are urged to attend.
