Project Description
The U21055 Trelease Hall Window Replacement - Phase II project replaces (131) aluminum windows at the south elevation and (48) aluminum windows at the west elevation with thermally broken aluminum windows. Provides new wood casing at interior to match existing. Repaints painted surfaces adjacent to windows where indicated and wherever soiling occurs.

A MANDATORY virtual pre-bid conference for all parties interested in bidding the project will be held a 10:00 AM on 11/02/21 through a scheduled Zoom meeting, to join by telephone call 312.626.6799, Meeting ID: 818 9786 5517, Password:1867. At 1:00 PM a site visit will begin at the north entrance of Trelease Hall. Only authenticated Zoom accounts can join the meeting.
