The University of Illinois is soliciting qualifications and proposals from experienced development teams for the award of a concession, as further described below, involving land owned by the University on the UIUC campus in Champaign, Illinois (Project Site) and to enter into a public-private partnership for the construction of new academic facilities on the Project Site. The Proposer Team selected by the University will be responsible for the planning, design, financing, and construction of the project.
