The University wishes to lease office and meeting space located at /within 3 miles of current office space for a period of 10 years. This property will be used for UI DuPage Extension office.

The University wishes to lease office and meeting space located within 3 miles of its present office location at 1100 Warrenville Road Naperville, Illinois. The lease is proposed for a 10 year term with a five year and seven year University right to terminate. This property will be utilized by the University of Illinois DuPage Extension office for administration, community outreach and other services.

The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois is soliciting information form qualified respondents regarding the availability of leased office space of approximately 7,000 to 8500 rentable square feet.
