The University's objective in issuing RFP/Phase I is to prequalify a small number of firms for future Guaranteed Energy Savings Services Agreement(s). A committee will review the qualifications of all respondents and a select subset of those respondents will be requested to submit formal proposals for future contracts with the Board of Trustees. Respondents must be able to guarantee the capital investments required to fund these future, presently unspecified, contracts.
