Project Description
The University of Illinois desires a method to systematically and routinely identify facility deficiencies. The three campuses of the University plan to assess accurately required funding levels and prioritize projects through a total picture of the existing conditions of their facilities. The selected firm will provide facility condition audit (FCA) services including software and professional inspection services at all three campuses.

Architect/Engineer selection will be consistent with the Architectural, Engineering, and Land Surveying Qualifications Based Selection Act (30 ILCS 535/1).

Only those firms which meet the following qualifications will be considered for selection:

  • Licensed to practice as an architect or engineer in the State of Illinois
  • Utilization of AutoCAD compatible system
