Project Description
This project will replace ductwork to provide adequate cooling and ventilation to all areas of the south half of the first floor. Cooling coils will be replaced as needed. HVAC equipment management controls and tracking system will be installed to adjust building exhaust as fume hoods are adjusted.
Proposals
Firms should submit four copies of the following: a letter of interest, a copy of its CDB prequalification letter, and a 255 form (use CDB SF 255 dated 7/1/99) by 4:00 p.m., prevailing time, Monday, March 5, 2001, addressed to:

Architect/Engineer selection will be consistent with the Architectural, Engineering, and Land Surveying Qualifications Based Selection Act (30 ILCS 535/1).
