Project Description
This project will investigate and identify the most advantageous means of updating the existing kitchen and dining (capacity approximately 400) facility at the 4-H Memorial Camp, Monticello, Illinois. The professional services consultant will be asked to review the existing dining operation and recommend available options. The chosen option will then be implemented.

Minimum Qualifications
Only those firms which meet the following qualifications will be considered for selection:

  • Licensed to practice as an architect/engineer in the State of Illinois
  • Prequalified with the State of Illinois Capital Development Board
  • Registered and authorized to do business in the State of Illinois
  • Utilization of AutoCAD compatible system
