The project consists of the renovation and refurbishing of Lecture Center A1 in Lecture Center A (LC A) by renovating the interior architecture, improving the acoustics and replacing finishes, furniture and equipment in the approximately 400 seat lecture center. Additionally, the project includes upgrading/replacing outdated infrastructure (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection (MEP/FP)) that services the entire lecture center (original to the 1963 building). Mechanical systems are to be designed for year-round comfort and to meet LEED Silver requirements.
