Project Description
The University of Illinois at Chicago Campus is seeking a Professional Services Consultant (PSC) for a comprehensive phased renovation of the Science and Engineering Laboratories (SEL) buildings 607 and 608. The services will include the disciplines of Programming, Architecture, Engineering
(especially Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP)), Environmental, and Cost Estimating. The
Architectural PSC will propose three (3) MEP/Fire Protection/Technology firms for consideration as a
possible sub-consultant. The selection of the sub-consultant will be made after the selection of the
Architectural PSC.
