Project Description
The Capital Development Board and the University of Illinois are seeking professional services for the above referenced project. This project includes, but is not limited to: repair of distressed and
deteriorating masonry; tuckpointing; replacement of steel and masonry lintels, limestone panels and
trim, and various masonry anchorage devices; replacement of damaged glazing at skylights and windows. The Capital Development Board will hire the consulting team.
