Project Description
Renovate approx. 4,300 GSF (consisting of 14 existing laboratory/office/storage spaces on the 2nd floor (from Room 220 to 244)) of the College of Medicine West Tower - 909 Building (built in 1930 and located at 1853 W. Polk St., Chicago, Illinois) into new administrative offices for the College of Medicine. New administrative offices to support Core Student Affairs and Dean’s Services and will contain Reception, Waiting Areas, Conf. Rms., approx. 16 Offices, Break Room and Storage Rms. Additionally, create new toilet facilities for the floor (approx. 1,100 GSF). Renovation of the spaces shall include new HVAC (Heat Pumps system), electrical system and Telecom systems. The project also includes new plumbing mains from the basement to the new second floor toilets.
