Project Description
This project consists of renovation of approximately 32,000 s.f. of existing lab and office space in the College of Pharmcay, into new chemistry labs and support spaces. The initial commission will be limited to assistance in preparation of the NIH Grant application including drawings, cost estimates, etc. Should the project proceed, the retained architect would be considered for completion of the balance of the project.

Only those firms which meet the following qualifications will be considered for selection:

  • Licensed to practice as an architect in the State of Illinois
  • Prequalified with the State of Illinois Capital Development Board
  • Registered and authorized to do business in the State of Illinois
  • Utilization of AutoCAD compatible system

Firms should submit 4 copies of the following: a letter of interest, a copy of its CDB prequalification letter, and a 255 form (use CDB SF 255 dated 7/1/98) by 4:00 p.m. November 3, 2003 addressed to:
