Project Description
Complete demolition of existing laboratory and installation of 20 new 6 foot fume hoods, new lab casework and associated sinks and lab benches. Work will include removal and replacement of a dedicated air handling unit and new dedicated lab exhaust system. New lab air, gas and vacuum systems will be installed. Interior space will be upgraded to include new flooring, ceilings and lighting. Existing walls will be painted. Two adjacent offices will also be remodeled to allow for 14 work stations for grad students.
