Project Description
The East Wing of the Pharmacy Building has an outdated roof that needs to be replaced. In addition, the exterior envelope consisting of masonry and metal panels has water infiltration issues that need to be addressed. The selected A/E will perform destructive field investigations and create bid documents that will be coordinated with the other projects that are occurring in the East Wing.
