Project Description
Reconfiguration of spaces on the first, fourth and fifth floors in the College of Dentistry (940) building to provide research operatories and support spaces, laboratories and support offices, conference rooms, and equipment rooms, tissue culture rooms and an animal research facility; including, but not limited to, the design of new demising and partition walls, flooring, lighting and ceiling tile, secured entry (card reader) doors, doors, transoms and vision panels, lab benches and counters, scattered sink stations, fume hoods, X-ray equipment; and, HVAC, sprinkler, plumbing, electrical and data / telecom reconfiguration.
